We’re looking for a strategic fire-starter who wants to help create extraordinary impact

Essentially, we’re looking for someone who knows how to uncover the kernel of potential that challenges the status quo and ignites imaginations. Ideally, you’d have some experience in working with clients to develop brave and extraordinary outcomes that have tangibly impacted lives. You’re interested in finding your way around all aspects of brand strategy. But, to be a successful provocateur, attitude is everything. And by that we don’t mean that we’re looking for rude, confrontational, fluffy or lofty. You can leave all that rubbish at the door! No, we’re looking for confidence, not arrogance. Depth, not bluff. Open-mindedness, not cookie-cutter. Knowing your stuff, not know it all. Challenging, not leap-first think second. Making it happen together, not personal glory and no action.

What to expect:

  • Work alongside or with support from the rest of the team on client projects to create the strategic approach that changes lives by creating extraordinary impact.
  • You own the digging, creation and delivery of insights.
  • Active involvement in meetings, meaning your voice is heard and you can give ideas that create movement.
  • Ask challenging questions that help project teams go beyond the brief, the challenge, and the opportunity – always looking for the chance to move things beyond the expected.
  • Support the team with customer immersion including the creation of discussion guides and conducting of and capturing interviews.
  • Always be on the lookout for inspiration to share with wider team.
  • Assisting in the preparation and running of workshops and thrashes. Helping facilitate when needed, taking notes and photographs with an ambition to be a powerful facilitator in your own right.

  • Gather insight, research, materials for pitches.
